Sur fond de mer et d’Algarve urbaine, nous suivons le cycle complet de la vie d’un mollusque particulier appelé Pouce-pied. Depuis sa formation jusqu’à l’assiette, nous traversons différents contextes qui nous permettent de mieux comprendre cette région et ceux qui l’habitent.
With the sea and the urban Algarve as a background, we follow a complete cycle of the life of a special shellfish called 'percebes', the goose barnacle. From their formation, to the dish, in this journey, we cross different contexts that allow us to better understand this region and those who live there.
