Un film d’animation, c’est un reflet de la réalité. En plus coloré. En plus poétique aussi. Animatou se veut le miroir de ces reflets. Il les donne à voir au public durant quelques jours, le temps d’inspirer les plus petits et de faire rêver les plus grands. C’est un carrefour entre générations, entre pays aussi. L’animation, une seule et même langue, comprise de tous pour parler de ce qui nous fait rire, pleurer, aimer aux quatre coins du monde. Pour cette 14ème édition du festival, la Pologne est à l’honneur, un grand pays dans le monde de l’animation internationale. Pour toutes ces raisons, la RTS se réjouit d’être partenaire d’Animatou en parrainant le Prix RTS du Jeune Public, et souhaite à chacun un très bon festival.

An animated film is a reflection of reality. One that’s colorful – and poetic too. Animatou serves as a mirror of these reflections, displaying them to the public over the span of several days, inspiring the youngest viewers and making the oldest ones dream. The Festival is a crossroads between generations, between countries. Animation, as one unified language understood by all, expresses what makes us laugh, cry, and love across the four corners of the world. For this 14th edition of the Festival, Poland is in the spotlight.
