"A collection of selected entries from my personal animated diary, created on my ipad between 2022 and 2025. Years marked by protest against the government and horrors of an ongoing war. They contain inner landscapes from my subconscious, which I extract from abstract colour stains, and sketchy loops of domestic family situations I capture - fragile bubbles of sanity in a world gone mad. Put together, these fragments raise questions about repression, the legitimacy to try and maintain a routine, the possibility of ahimsa (non-violence), the power of the individual to shape the world around her, and the ability of a mother to protect her children. Though rooted in Israel 2025 and created from a very intimate and personal point of view as a way to cope with my helplessness, I hope the feelings I share will resonate with others. The project was made entirely independently, without any government or institutional support."
